Matt advises and represents insurance carriers on claims across numerous lines of coverage.
(214) 665-0109Matt represents insurance carriers in coverage litigation involving all types of liability and property insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial property, errors and omissions, directors and officers liability, and commercial auto. His litigation experience includes all aspects of insurance litigation, from coverage determinations to extracontractual claims. He also provides advice and to clients regarding out-of-the-ordinary coverage issues, pre-litigation strategy, claims handling, and dispute resolution.
Matt has tried insurance cases in Texas state court and federal district courts and has represented clients in matters before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Texas, and intermediate Texas appellate courts. Matt is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in insurance law.
