(214) 665-0115Lori concentrates her practice on insurance coverage matters. She represents primary and excess insurers in coverage related litigation, including declaratory judgment actions, primary/excess disputes, and bad faith cases. She regularly advises insurers on coverage issues under commercial general liability, professional liability, first party property, directors and officers, errors and omissions and excess and umbrella policies. Lori’s experience includes representing carriers in third-party coverage actions at the trial and appellate court levels and providing coverage opinions with regard to duty to defend, duty to indemnify and priority of coverage under commercial general liability and professional liability insurance policies. Lori has significant experience with coverage issues presented in construction defect litigation, indemnification agreements and first-party property coverage claims. She is also experienced in rescission actions.
Lori has handled a broad range of litigation matters in federal and state courts across Texas and the U.S., with an emphasis on complex, multi-party cases.
