He has extensive experience representing both individual and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation, ranging from typical two-party cases to complex, multi-party cases.
Grant has handled a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts across Texas and the U.S., and has significant experience in first-party and third-party insurance disputes involving commercial property, commercial general liability, commercial automobile, premises liability and excess and umbrella policies. Grant also advises personal and commercial lines insurance carriers on coverage issues and defends them in coverage actions arising out of personal injury, construction defect and property damage claims. He has handled and resolved numerous first-party property claims throughout Texas arising out of wind, hail and other weather-related claims, and brings his substantial experience working with some of the nation’s largest insurance companies to a setting that permits more individualized client attention and heightened focus on efficiently achieving client objectives. He has tried multiple cases in state and federal courts across Texas.
