Estee Whitaker

Estee has extensive experience in the Property & Casual insurance industry, concentrating on coverage issues under various policy forms, including personal and commercial auto; homeowners, tenant, and condo; recreational vehicles; commercial general liability; commercial property; and personal and commercial excess forms.

Estee began her career as a claims adjuster for eight years, before earning her law degree and embarking on a legal career which includes twelve years as in-house coverage counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company. She brings to private practice an appreciation for a client’s risk management needs, especially with regard to bad faith and extracontractual exposure.
