(214) 665-0102Beth concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and appellate matters, and is board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Beth has represented primary and excess insurers, agents, policyholders and reinsurers in a variety of coverage-related litigation, including declaratory judgment actions, primary/excess disputes, bad faith cases and appeals. In addition, she regularly advises insurers on coverage issues under general and professional liability policies, commercial auto and trucking policies, commercial property policies and homeowners’ policies. She has acted as a mediator and an arbitrator for coverage disputes and has served as an expert on attorney’s fees in reinsurance litigation.
Ms. Bradley is licensed to practice in Texas. She is also admitted to practice before the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for all Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Tenth Circuits.
