(214) 665-0105Aaron focuses his practice on insurance coverage and civil defense litigation. Aaron has represented insurance companies in bad faith and declaratory judgment actions and analyzes insurance coverage primarily involving uninsured/underinsured motorist provisions as well as commercial and personal liability, excess/umbrella, auto and property policies. He has obtained summary judgment dismissals for insurers in state and federal courts involving coverage issues on liability and property claims, as well as settlements in coverage, first-party and insurance defense cases. On the civil defense front, Aaron has represented defendants in countless personal injury matters.
Aaron is originally from Chicago, Illinois. He and his wife, Jamie, have four children, Ayla, Russell, Adelaide, and Cassandra. When he’s not reading, writing or dreaming about insurance policies, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, riding and repairing motorcycles and coaching his children’s sports teams.
