Suzanne, pacticing since 1992, is an experienced insurance coverage attorney. She is well-versed in commercial litigation and traditional personal injury and property damage claims. Her legal experience’s primary focus has been upon coverage of complex or large commercial losses from both a third-party and first-party perspective. Ms. Schlicher has worked with a variety of Commercial Lines policies, including CGL, BOP, Commercial Auto and Trucker’s Coverage, among others. Suzanne is also experience with various Personal Lines policies, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella. She has worked with ISO and manuscript policies for admitted and surplus line carriers. Ms. Schlicher has extensive experience in insurance coverage issues involving additional insured claims, contractual indemnity issues, and Master Service Agreements.

Education

Ms. Schlicher completed her undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University, graduating with a B.S. in Criminology & Corrections in 1987. She earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in December 1991. Suzanne was a member of the Order of Lytae and AmJur Professional Responsibility while with South Texas College of Law.

Ms. Schlicher is admitted to practice law in Texas. Suzanne is also admitted to practice before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
